Britt Design Group brings a design approach inspired by Fredericksburg’s natural beauty and historic roots. Focused on weaving local natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship with rustic authenticity, the project will aim to be a timeless retreat for visitors and locals alike. It will seek to be a celebration of the rich tapestry of the region’s history, leaning into layered, tactile materials with contemporary ease; rooted in legacy and designed to endure. The hospitality project will encompass a winery, a restaurant, retail space, and boutique hotel that will include a spa.

Nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country, our Refined Rustic concept for Llano Estacado Hotel captures the region's raw elegance by weaving together elemental materials, natural light, and artisanal craftsmanship. It offers a luxurious retreat where contemporary sensibilities meet rustic authenticity—unpretentious in spirit, yet carefully and intentionally crafted.

Guests will be encouraged to kick off their boots, linger over a glass of wine, and enjoy the Texas vista.
