With Odell, we paired the warmth of the high desert with an eclectic, local sensibility. Layered textures, natural materials, engaging patterns, and a sun-washed palette create inviting spaces that feel both expressive and comfortable. From the public-facing coffee shop to resident amenities including coworking, fitness, wine bar, and club spaces, each environment is designed to foster connection while giving the property a memorable point of view.

A sculptural ceiling grid, custom desk and gallery-style artwork create a memorable arrival experience and introduce the project's more expressive point of view.
The oversized sliding wood screen acts as both a functional divider and a sculptural architectural element. We layered rich natural wood, woven texture and bold pattern to give the coffee shop a distinct identity.
In the Club Lounge, the recurring grid motif becomes a custom tile composition inspired by Anni Albers’ textile work, translating the rhythm of weaving into an architectural focal point.
A concealed link to the game room adds an element of surprise and gives the space a more social, evening feel.
A mix of private focus rooms and open work settings creates a flexible, design-forward alternative to working from home.
Wellness extends beyond the fitness center, with a resort-style pool and serene yoga studio for movement and restoration.
