Our Britt Design Group family is deeply saddened to share the passing of Jeff Capra, beloved husband of our founder, Laura Britt, and our former Director of HR and Operations. Jeff cared deeply for our team and led with empathy, humor, and heart. His steady leadership and unwavering kindness helped shape our culture and strengthened our team in countless ways, leaving an indelible mark on our firm—and on each of us personally.
