Hyatt Place at the Domain

A Modern Refresh

The renovated interiors at Hyatt Place at The Domain offer a fresh, modern take on hospitality design—one that balances comfort, flexibility, and a clear sense of place. From the lobby and café to the bar, breakfast room, and guest rooms, the spaces are designed to support how guests move, gather, work, and unwind throughout the day.

Anchored by local art and subtle references to Austin, the design delivers a contemporary hotel interior that feels welcoming, timeless, and distinctly place-based.

The project features a refresh to both the guestrooms and amenity spaces.

Warm wood tones, layered textures, custom millwork, and sculptural lighting create an inviting atmosphere that feels elevated yet approachable. Flexible seating and thoughtfully planned public spaces encourage connection, while durable finishes and high-performance materials meet the demands of a busy hotel environment.

Local art and photography were intentionally curated to ground the design in its surroundings, reinforcing a connection to the city.
