Hacienda Oliva reimagines a historic San Antonio residence through a warm, layered Spanish Mediterranean lens. Rooted in the character of the original home, the design pairs old-world materials and architectural details with a relaxed approach to modern living.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The palette takes its cues from Spanish Mediterranean interiors, layering warm plaster, terracotta, natural wood, hand-painted tile and aged metals. Arched forms and softer colors keep the overall feel relaxed and inviting.
Natural wood cabinetry, a furniture-inspired island and rich, handcrafted finishes bring warmth and character to the kitchen.
Carved wood, hand-finished surfaces and aged brass create an intimate, jewel-box moment in the powder bath.
Warm finishes and subtle details give the primary hall its own sense of place while connecting it to the rest of the home.
In the primary bathroom, we layered natural stone, warm metals and softly textured finishes to create a serene, timeless retreat.
The office draws on Spanish architectural details with warm wood, plaster and a distinctive beamed ceiling.
